Current global trends with all new developments are a race to achieve high levels of energy efficient green star status buildings. The impact on resale and real estate valuations are now directly tied to the energy ratings of buildings.
Our approach is to start with the objective of creating an achievable pathway towards Platinum / Gold Leed and/or net zero energy building outcomes. The following steps are incorporated into the build/design stage using a unique combination of technologies with our engineering partners to design a framework to match objectives.
